Domestic EPC Assessor

Home » Our Services » Domestic EPC Assessor

An Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) is a document that details the energy performance of a building.

An EPC is required upon completion of the installation of renewable technologies to satisfy Home Energy Scotland’s evidence of installation. Georgie is a qualified domestic EPC assessor and if selected in your package will carry out the EPC at the time of system commissioning enabling you to receive and submit all required evidence to HES in a timely manner to drawdown the final grant payment.

Georgie is also available to carry out domestic EPC’s for all other purposes – If you are selling or renting out your property in Scotland then you need an EPC. This is a legal requirement under the European Building Directive and it is illegal to sell or rent property without one. Your Energy Performance Certificate will remain valid for a period of 10 years.
